Going Above & Beyond
The Care Sector employs more than 1.5 million people and Kingsway Care is humbled to be singled out at the prestigious national Leaders In Care Awards. It means so much to an independent home care provider. We look forward to being able to expand and provide outstanding care at home for more people in our local Sussex community.
Executive of the Year – Olly Carter
Kingway Care were finalists for two awards at last night’s glamorous Leaders in Care Awards. Hosted at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham a small team of seven made their way from Sussex to the Midlands. The night kicked off at 7pm with a free-flowing bar to steady our nerves and build the excitement.
By 9pm we knew we hadn’t won Business Initiative of the Year but were happy to be finalists in a strong team of contenders. The tension was mounting after enjoying a three-course meal. Then, at 10.22pm we heard the magic words,
We won! This is a team win for Kingsway Care yellow angels!! You’re incredible x
Olly was first to send a What’s App message to the Kingsway Care team.
