Support with Hospital Discharge
The Kingsway Care team is committed and experienced in liaising with hospital discharge teams and preparing detailed care plans. Helping families to get their loved ones back home is as rewarding for us as it is for them. We will do all we can to help.
The support and help provided by Kingsway Care has been outstanding. Our family was looking to get my mum out of hospital urgently. Kingsway Care understood the issues and were there to help at very short notice indeed. The head of operations at Kingsway Care was outstanding.
I spoke to her on a Wednesday, was having a video call with her and a fantastic live in carer on the Thursday and Mum came out of hospital on the Friday. The head of operations was there throughout making this all work, liaising with the hospital discharge team and putting together a care plan for Mum.
The carer provided through Kingsway was fantastic, exactly the person Mum needed to see her on her way to recovery. Kingsway Care comes with wholehearted recommendations from me, my mum and our family.
