Looking for a rewarding part-time, local job?

CareGivers Flexible hours

Recruiting part-time CareGivers

If you can commit to working at least 12 hours per week, are big-hearted, willing to learn, and want to help people in your local Brighton & Hove community, read on.

We provide well-paid and flexible job opportunities with benefits unheard of in the care sector, even for our part-time employees.

  • competitive rates of pay
  • paid mileage for drivers, cyclists and walkers
  • holiday pay
  • pension
  • employee share ownership
  • free training

Student, parent, career-changer, entrepreneur, entertainer or semi-retired?

Part-time work suits people for a variety of reasons. Not everyone wants to work 9 – 5. Providing care at home is not a 9 – 5 job so we have part-time job opportunities for early birds, night owls, and people with spare time at the weekend. Which one are you and could you care?

  • student looking for paid work experience
  • parent looking for flexible hours
  • full-time worker looking to work less
  • entrepreneur looking for regular income
  • entertainer looking for regular income
  • semi-retired looking for meaningful paid work

Training & Support

If you are big-hearted, reliable, patient and understanding we can provide all the training and support you need to be happy and confident in your role as a CareGiver.

It’s never too late for a career change

Join our retired head teacher, ex-probation officer, builder, PE teacher, singer, and musician to name and few. Employees that are new to care have found a renewed purpose in life since joining Kingsway Care. Of course, we also welcome experienced CareGivers too.

Well-paid, rewarding, part-time work

Do you want to do something more rewarding and meaningful with your spare time and be well-paid for it? As a CareGiver, you will be helping people to stay independent in their own homes. Your role could include helping adults with disabilities or older people with the following:

  • getting up, washed and dressed or ready for bed
  • meal preparation
  • medication administration
  • hobbies and interests
  • light housework & running errands
  • personal care (after full training)
  • companionship and making Clients smile

We also encourage our CareGivers to take Clients out to have some fun in the local community too.
