Interviews at Kingsway Care
If you apply for a job in person, via our application form or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org we will contact you to see if you have the caring attitude we expect of our CareGivers. We will then invite you to our office in Hove for interview. Before the interview, you can find out more about us on your preferred social media channels or by reading our news & events section.
Kingsway Care’s Hove Office
Our office is located next door to Kingsway Coffee, 22 Victoria Terrace, Kingsway, and minutes from Hove Seafront. We love working with our own Coffee Shop on our doorstep. It’s a great place to meet other CareGivers for a chat, discounted drinks and delicious snacks.
During the interview, we will ask questions so that you can show how caring and friendly you can be with our older and disabled Clients. Perhaps you already have experience caring for a family member or have worked for other Home Care providers.
Kingsway Care Job Offer
If you are successful at the interview we will formally offer you a job detailing your role, hours, and compensation package. Before starting work, it is mandatory for us to do a routine DBS check (for criminal records etc) for the safety of our Clients.

Three Day Induction
All CareGivers, regardless of experience, will go through a three day induction to ensure our high standards of care and your happiness and confidence in the role. Our hands-on management team will always introduce you to the Clients and shadow you on visits. You will never be dropped in at the deep-end and support is only ever a phone call away.
Training & Support
Many CareGivers want to gain Care qualifications so we have developed the free Kingsway Care Academy, which is a 12-week course leading to the industry recognised Care Certificate. We can also identify your career goals and work out a career progression path to get you there.
