Brighton and Hove Healthwalks, offer a variety of walks, mostly under 4 miles in length, usually circular and frequently finishing in a cafe. Our CareGiver, Darren, used to run this walking programme for Brighton & Hove Council and wants to encourage us all to get out more.
It’s Good to Walk
The walks are aimed at getting people active, out in nature’s green spaces, and enjoying meeting other people. The Healthwalks take place in a variety of locations to make the most of Brighton & Hove’s beautiful parks and seafront areas.
Healthwalks are part of The Ramblers organisation and they work together to help all abilities of walkers or wheelers. Walks are free and easily accessible and available nationwide.
