Kingsway Care is proud to win UK Home Care Provider of the Year at the prestigious national Leaders In Care Awards 2022. This is a huge achievement for our independent home care company based in Brighton & Hove, especially as there are 10,950 registered Home Care Providers in the UK!
The Leaders In Care awards recognise the organisations that have led the pack in terms of providing outstanding care over the past twelve months, despite the many challenges they have faced.
Finalists for Three Awards
Last year, our founder, Olly Carter, won Executive of the Year for bringing his endless positivity, joy, and energy to the Home Care Sector. This year he wanted a win for the Kingsway Care Team, and we were thrilled to be finalists in three categories – Frontline Carer of the Year, Best Communications, and UK Home Care Provider of the Year. We already felt like winners but to win the Home Care Provider of the Year in front of our peers is incredible.

Why is Kingsway Care Home Care Provider of the Year?
My mum asked why Kingsway Care had won the Home Care Provider of the Year award and I realised a lot of people might not know how much effort goes into winning a Leaders In Care Award.
We had to submit examples of how we had transformed Clients’ lives for the better during the past year. Fortunately, we have a stack of Client Stories and five-star Client Testimonials to prove that our brand of first class home care with a dash of fun keeps Clients happy and safe at home.

We leave no stone unturned in finding and recruiting natural-born CareGivers in the local Brighton & Hove community. We have had great success in recruiting people from all walks of life, from a head mistress, performers, students, care professionals, working parents, and mid-life career changers.
Kingsway Care encourage CareGivers to bring their hidden talents to work too. From baking cakes, singing, photography or organising day trips, we want our employees to enjoy their work and develop their skills.
