From start to finish, the Leaders in Care Awards was a fantastic celebration for the best care professionals in the sector. It was a joy to witness Lisa and so many other social care heroes claim their well deserved awards. Plus a special mention for Jane Townson, OBE, on winning the Lifetime Achievement Award and a moving standing ovation from everyone in the room.
Registered Managers have the hardest jobs in the entire sector. Hats off to Lisa for being a shining example of all that is great about RMs. We must nurture and recognise all of you!
