Brain Injury Rehabilitation at Home
Person-centred support that helps you regain confidence, independence and quality of life — at your own pace, in familiar surroundings.
At Kingsway Care, we support many clients living with the effects of brain injuries — including those caused by accidents, strokes, or neurological conditions. Our goal is to help each person live as fully and independently as possible, with care that adapts as their needs change.
Life after a brain injury often comes with unexpected challenges. But with the right support, people can regain confidence and independence — and continue enjoying the activities that make them feel like themselves.
Life After Brain Injury: Graham's Story
Graham is 72 and has experienced three brain injuries throughout his life, including a stroke. Fully mobile and naturally sociable, he loves meeting new people and getting out in the community. When Kingsway Care was invited to support him, the focus was clear: practical help at home, companionship, and the freedom to continue living life on his terms.
One of the highlights of Graham's journey was when his CareGiver Arthur arranged a special trip to his old West Hove Golf Club. Before his injuries, Graham had been a semi-professional golfer. Returning to the driving range, club in hand, brought back smiles and memories rushing back.
What is Neurological Care at Kingsway Care?
Brain injuries and neurological conditions can cause a range of physical and cognitive changes, often making once-familiar tasks more difficult. Our role is to reduce disruption and help you retain as much of your preferred daily routine as possible.

We work hand-in-hand with your wider clinical team — from physiotherapists to speech therapists and occupational therapists — to ensure seamless, safe, and effective care that supports your long-term recovery.
A Personalised Care Team
We create a small, dedicated care team for each client — giving you the opportunity to form strong, genuine connections with the same CareGivers, building trust and consistency every visit.
