What We Offer
Fixed Hour Contracts
Reliable hours mean stability, planning, and peace of mind. We offer fixed hour contracts for full and part-time CareGivers, plus Vitality Health Insurance, pension and employee share ownership.
Kingsway Care Academy
We don't throw you in at the deep end. Our three-day induction and free Academy training leads to the Care Certificate, plus regular specialist sessions on medication, moving & handling, and dementia care.
Career Ladder
If you want to grow, we'll grow with you. We fund NVQs and Diplomas in Health & Social Care, and regular appraisals create a career progression path tailored to your strengths.
Flexible Hours
Work that fits around your life. Choose from full-time, part-time, mornings (8am–2pm) or evenings (2pm–10pm), weekdays or weekends. Minimum 15 hours per week.
