Training and support

If you are new to care, our three-day induction course will equip you with the skills you need to be a happy and confident CareGiver. We also provide a free Kingsway Care Academy 12-week course leading to the industry-recognised Care Certificate which can be completed whilst you work. We also provide regular specialist training for subjects such as medication management and dementia care.

Career progession

Kingsway Care encourage all employees to improve their skills and knowledge with vocational qualifications. i.e. NVQs and Diplomas in Health & Social Care. Regular appraisals will identify your passions so we can create a career progression path tailored to your strengths.

Flexible Hours

You can choose the hours you want to work from full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings, or weekends. We will find the hours and routes to suit your lifestyle.

Kingsway Coffee, is our community hub that is open to the general public during the day and is accessible for all. The Kingsway Care office is also in the same building with an open door and friendly team behind it. We encourage employees and Kingsway Care Clients to drop in, meet each other and enjoy discounted drinks & freshly made snacks.

After hours, the space can be used for film screenings, group activities, parties, and more. We look forward to welcoming you at 22 Victoria Terrace, Kingsway, Hove
