Professional Training & Development

Kingsway Care Academy is a 12-week induction course covering the 15 standards of the care certificate. We empower staff to build confidence and progress their careers.

• Vocational qualifications — NVQs and Diplomas in Health & Social Care
• Regular supervision and appraisals
• Personal development plans tailored to your goals

Safeguarding & Protection

We provide in-house Level 2 Safeguarding Adults at Risk Training and ensure all staff are protected from harm and abuse. Comprehensive risk assessments cover every working environment.

• Manual handling and lone working protocols
• Full range of high-quality PPE — masks, visors, nitrile gloves
• Electrical, equipment and slip & trip hazard assessments

Remuneration

Kingsway Care are proud members of the <strong>Living Wage Foundation</strong>. As a minimum, we pay the independently calculated Living Wage rates to all care professionals, plus:

• Mileage pay between client visits, training pay, holiday pay and pension
