We are rooted in Sussex and know and love our neighbourhoods. Our staff are local and we invest in the local economy by buying goods and services from Sussex companies and practitioners. We have built relationships with local charities, such as Food & Friendship, and actively get involved in volunteering and fundraising events.
Kingsway Coffee, opening Summer 2021, is our new community hub and will be accessible to all. It will also be home to our new office space. We encourage employees and Kingsway Care Clients to drop in, meet each other and enjoy discounted drinks & freshly made snacks.

To us the point of technology is to streamline care management, freeing up time for you to have better quality personal interaction and fun with your Personal Assistant or CareGiver.
We use a secure App called OpenPASS that provides real-time updates after each care visit. You can view the updates and the history of every care visit and the care plan notes via the App. If you wish, you can permit access to this information to your family & friends via the App.
