Mandatory Three-Day Induction
All CareGivers go through a mandatory three-day induction programme at our Hove HQ — ensuring you feel confident and ready before meeting any Kingsway Care clients. Induction runs twice a month.
Training & Support
Our facility is equipped with hoist systems and a hospital bed — the perfect environment to practise moving & handling and personal care techniques.
Online modules, role-play, and on-the-job training lead to the industry-recognised Care Certificate — covering all 15 standards of care.
Refresher Training
To maintain our high standards, CareGivers receive ongoing refresher training to stay current with the latest hoist systems and care techniques — because great care never stands still.
Earn While You Learn
You'll be paid from day one — supported by our hands-on management team as you develop your care skills at a pace that suits you. Training time is paid time.
CareGiver Chill Zone
We've created a dedicated chill zone to relax, recharge, and connect with fellow CareGivers over lunch.
