Equipped with Kingsway Care’s advanced training and essential monitoring tools, including thermometer guns and oxygen monitors, Arthur was able to distinguish between general unwellness and a serious medical concern.

Monitoring Temperature & Oxygen Levels
When Arthur detected a dangerously low oxygen level, he didn’t hesitate to call an 999 for an ambulance ensuring his Client received the urgent care they needed.
Kingsway CareGivers now use Thermometer Guns and Fingertip Pulse Oximeters to check vital signs, ensuring we can spot any concerning changes early.

We were called as your staff member Arthur recognised a significant deterioration in his Client's health and identified a likely infective cause which required escalation.
