Kingsway Care Win Three Awards and Two Highly Commended at Brighton and Hove Care Awards 2026
The inaugural Brighton & Hove Care Awards 2026 by 'Partners in Care - Brighton & Hove' brought together people from across our local care community for an evening of celebration, recognition and, naturally, a fair amount of dressing up.And what a night it was for Kingsway Care.
We came home with three awards and two Highly Commended recognitions, giving us plenty of reasons to celebrate with our wonderful team.

Office Team of the Year 2026
Our Office Team of the Year Award recognition celebrates the people working behind the scenes to keep our care service moving: Vicky, our MD, Lisa our Registered Manager, our client coordinators, Laura and Sue, our workforce coordinator Maria, Katie, Audit and Compliance, and Field Care Supervisor, Kellie.We recently shared a story about the people who keep Kingsway Care running behind the scenes. From coordination and compliance to workforce planning and client support, there's a lot happening beyond the CareGiver visits.

International Recruitment Excellence 2026
Securing our sponsor licence and navigating the complex Certificate of Sponsorship process demanded determination, but the real work began once each CareGiver arrived.
Several colleagues joined Kingsway Care after difficult experiences elsewhere in the sector, including broken promises and employment disputes. Vicky has personally supported team members through these challenges, helping some recover outstanding wages from previous employers while rebuilding their confidence, wellbeing and trust.
Dementia Care Award 2026 - Jonathan
After five years with Kingsway Care, our Senior CareGiver and dementia care expert was recognised with the Dementia Care Award for the knowledge, creativity and compassion he brings to his work with Clients living with dementia.

Workplace Wellbeing - Highly Commended
At Kingsway Care, workplace wellbeing is about making sure our CareGivers know they matter. We build connection through team events, training, celebrations and community activities, while creating a culture where people feel listened to, supported and proud to belong.
From approachable leadership and regular recognition to opportunities for learning and development, we believe that when CareGivers feel cared for themselves, they can give their best care to others.

Our Marketing Director and storyteller, Jac turns the everyday conversations, achievements and people of Kingsway Care into stories that connect, inspire and celebrate our team.Working quietly behind the scenes, she helps make sure the people who make Kingsway Care special are seen, heard and remembered.
Kingsway Care's Lucky Table
Kingsway Care celebrates a night of wins at the Brighton & Hove Care Awards 2026As if the evening couldn't get any better, our lucky table joined in with the Alzheimer's Society charity raffle. Laura won a bottle of Champagne and Vicky won 'Tea for Two' at the venue, Double Tree Hilton Metropole, Brighton.
