My Name is Katie and I am one of the Client Coordinators. I ensure our Clients are happy with our service and monitor their physical and mental wellbeing.
I conduct care plan reviews, quality assurance reviews, and weekly audits to maintain our hiqh standards. I am also responsible for ensuring that Client medication is ordered in a timely manner.
I studied Health and Social Care at college. Previously, I worked for Sussex Police and several financial institutions so I have various different skills to bring to my role as a Client Coordinator.
My name is Zoe and as one of the Client Coordinators, I’m responsible for managing my Clients’ well-being and ensuring our service commitments are met.
I conduct care plan reviews, quality assurances, and audits to maintain our hiqh quality care standards. In addition, I ensure Client medication is ordered in a timely manner and accurate records maintained. I’m also responsible for new business referrals, conducting care assessments in both hospitals and Client’s homes.
I have worked in the care sector in varying roles for 12 years gaining a wide range of experience, always ensuring Clients are receiving the best person-centred care to suit their needs.
