Previously, I worked in a residential, nursing, and dementia home. I attended various courses, for example, I have a level 4 qualification in moving and handling and I completed a dementia care mapping qualification through Bradford University.

 

I worked in the dementia unit for more than 3 years, starting as a carer and then working my way up to being a team leader. I then took on the home trainer role before joining Kingsway Care. I have a big passion for promoting excellence in dementia care and I’m keen to continue this with Kingsway Care. I love mentoring and teaching others, helping them to achieve the best outcomes and improve and progress in their roles.
