We invested in technology that allows Kingsway CareGivers to post real-time updates after every care visit via a secure App called OpenPASS.

The Kingsway Care Client can view their notes and choose to give permission for this information to be viewed by friends and family or even their GP. This service proved invaluable during Covid-19 lockdowns or for friends and family that live far away from their loved ones in Brighton & Hove.

Everyone can have peace of mind that Kingsway CareGivers are attending home care visits at the right time, completing the correct activities, and administering prescribed medication.

Who can have access?

As many people as you wish to see your care notes. All you need to do is provide consent for each person you want to have access to your information. You can even grant access to your GP and hospital so that they can use the information to help you more.

Is it free?

OpenPASS is a free service with every home care plan we do. You can have an unlimited amount of users too.
