We believe in paying a decent hourly wage and are proud members of Living Wage Brighton & Hove.
As a minimum, we pay the independently calculated Living Wage rates to all our care professionals. We also pay for mileage (between client visits), training, holidays, pensions, uniforms, and more.
Our employees are actively encouraged, with pay rises, to continue learning and earning qualifications in the care sector too.
We value our staff and provide both an employee discount program (for discounts at supermarkets, at the cinema, on mobile phone bills and more) and an employee assistance programme (for counselling, legal advice, financial advice and more).
At Kingsway Care, we believe work should be fun. We know you do an important job helping the most vulnerable in society and need to kick back and relax. From the top-down and bottom-up we encourage all employees to find ways to make work fun and spread a little happiness to Kingsway Care Clients too.
