Celebrating our CareGivers
Last night marked a milestone for Kingsway Care as we gathered to celebrate the heart and soul of our organisation – the incredible CareGivers. Olly Carter, the founder and party organiser extraordinaire, welcomed 120 guests. A mix of CareGivers, their plus ones, friends, Clients, and our business partners. The inaugural Kingsway Care 2024 Awards was nothing short of magical!
Kingsway Care's MD, Vicky, Founder, Olly, and Registered Manager, Lisa, ensured the evening was a world-class event to celebrate our CareGivers.
Recognition & Great Teamwork
The venue at the Brighton Hilton Metropole radiated with love, warmth, and genuine emotion as we came together to recognise the amazing contributions and great teamwork from so many incredible CareGivers, working so hard, 365 days per year, across East & West Sussex.
Award Winners & Highly Commended
After the premiere of our short film #WhoCares? (more of which later) and a delicious three-course meal, the awards ceremony began. There were eleven award categories with stunning heart-shaped crystal awards for the winners.
Additionally, eleven others received the distinguished recognition of being Highly Commended, further highlighting the remarkable contributions made by these individuals.

Dancing the Night Away
As soon as the official awards ceremony was completed, a surprise ABBA tribute act took to the stage, followed by jubilant CareGivers filling the dance floor to show off their dance moves and enjoy the moment. It was a night filled with huge pride and happy memories that we wish we could play on repeat!

Founded in January 2021, Kingsway Care has reached over 60,000 home care visits, and our exciting ambitions drive us to extend our positive home care model beyond Brighton & Hove to more communities across the UK. None of this would be possible without the incredible, big-hearted, and professional CareGivers who are the heart of our organisation.
