My name is Maria and I am Kingsway Care’s Workforce Coordinator.

My role is to manage our weekly care schedules, making sure all client visits and individual needs are met by our team of CareGivers. It’s a bit like putting together a very big, ever-changing puzzle. Balancing holidays, sickness, and unexpected changes such as hospital admissions, while ensuring continuity of care for our clients.

I have a background in administration, operations, and customer service, and have supported teams across a range of industries. From scheduling to event coordination, I enjoy staying organised, helping things run smoothly, and creating a positive and supportive working environment.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends in Brighton & Hove, as well as baking.
