Sue

My name is Sue and as one of Kingsway Care's Client Coordinators, I’m here to make sure clients feels supported, listened to, and confident in the care they receive. I act as a consistent point of contact, building strong relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.

I regularly review care plans to make sure they continue to meet each client’s needs, especially if there are any changes in their health, mobility, or wellbeing. My role is to respond quickly and make adjustments so clients can stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

A big part of what I do happens behind the scenes. I work closely with GPs, district nurses, occupational therapists, and other specialist teams to coordinate the right support. I also attend appointments when needed, so I can understand first-hand how we can adapt care and improve quality of life.

For me, it’s about going the extra mile every day, making sure everything joins up, and giving clients and their families peace of mind.

Outside of work, I enjoy socialising, going to comedy and music events, and spending time out with my family. I’m also a keen decorator, with a growing collection of DIY tools.
