Why do we advertise on Gaydio Brighton?

Training and support
If you are new to care, the Kingsway Care Academy 12-week course will equip you with the skills and Care Certificate required to be a qualified CareGiver. If you are already working in Care but feeling undervalued in your current role, get in touch. Kingsway Care encourage (with pay increases) all employees to improve their skills and knowledge with vocational qualifications. i.e. NVQs and Diplomas in Health & Social Care. Regular appraisals will identify your passions so we can create a career progression path tailored to your strengths.

Kingsway Coffee, opening in 2021, will be our new community hub and will be accessible to all. It will also be home to our new office space. We encourage employees and Kingsway Care clients to drop in, meet each other and enjoy discounted drinks & freshly made snacks.
