CareGivers at the Kingsway Care Academy

Mandatory Three-Day Induction

All our CareGivers go through a mandatory three-day induction programme to ensure they will be confident and happy in their roles before meeting Kingsway Care Clients. Induction takes place twice a month and you will need to be available to attend all three days before meeting our Clients. For example, induction dates for November 2023 are set for 6th, 7th & 8th November and 20th, 21st & 22nd November.
