My name is Laura and as one of the Client Coordinators at Kingsway Care, I work to ensure our service commitments are met and manage the wellbeing of our clients. I monitor repeat prescriptions and check healthcare appointments are booked as necessary. I also write and update care plans and carry out quality assurance reviews. Originally from Oxford, I moved to Brighton in 2012. I worked in the Criminal Justice Service for nearly 12 years before deciding to move into care work. I enjoy working in care because I am passionate about people and making their lives easier wherever I can.

In my spare time, I like to read, go to the beach, and spend time with my son.
