On Time Home Care Visits

Kingsway Care home care visits start on time so you can plan your day.

Do Kingsway Care home care visits happen at the same time every day?

It’s a question we’re often asked and the answer is yes!

Once we’ve discussed your preferred visiting times and confirmed they fit with our CareGiver availability, your visits will be scheduled for the same time every visit. This consistency helps create a reassuring daily or weekly routine for you or your loved ones.

Why Our Home Care Visits Start On Time

Your CareGiver will be part of a carefully planned route alongside other nearby visits, which means they’ll arrive at the same time each day. Occasionally, there may be a slight change, for example, if another client is unwell or there’s a delay on the route, but this is rare and usually only affects the timing by about 15 minutes either way.

Fixed Home Care Visit Times

Unlike some home care providers, we don’t give wide time slots such as between 8am and 10am. We know how unsettling that can be and how difficult it makes planning your day. At Kingsway Care, we believe in setting clear expectations and sticking to them. Fixed visit times give you the structure, peace of mind, and reliability you deserve.

Punctual Morning Home Visits

Start the day your way with support from a dedicated Kingsway CareGiver arriving on time for every visit.

If you need support to start your day with help getting out of bed, washing, dressing, taking medication and fixing your breakfast, our CareGivers will arrive on time. We wouldn't want your mum or dad or anyone else to be stuck in bed wondering when support will arrive.

Regular Lunchtime Visits

The same goes for lunchtime visits, Kingsway CareGivers will arrive at the agreed time so you don't need to worry about when and what to eat and can manage any time specific medications. You can even contact the Kingsway Care Office Team (01273 077444) to arrange pick up or delivery of food or medications.

Look Forward To Companionship Visits

Many clients love to continue attending weekly social events, visiting local lunch spots or even their favourite Zumba class. Kingsway Care encourage clients to enjoy the local Brighton, Hove and Worthing community if physically able, which is why we can schedule regular companionship visits for you or your loved one to look forward to.

Preventing Loneliness

We know it's especially important to maintain social connections in later life to prevent loneliness. This is why Kingsway Care organise occasional social events for our home care clients to meet each other.

Regular Evening Visits

Of course, we know some clients need regular support with evening meals and bed-time routines, so we'll make sure to be on time for you.

Regular Check-in Phone Calls

One of our clients particularly loves a daily 10.30am phone call from our Client Co-ordinator to discuss medical appointments, bills to pay or activities to do.
