Kingsway Care 2025 Awards: Celebrating Our CareGivers
Every day, our CareGivers and supporting team bring warmth, stability and good humour into homes across Sussex. They step into people's lives at moments when they're at their most vulnerable. They steady things, brighten the quiet days and bring kindness and humanity into situations that can be incredibly tough.
They do it instinctively and they do it from the heart. Our annual Awards give us the chance to pause and say thank you properly.
These Awards were personally funded by our founder as a heartfelt thank-you to the team who care so selflessly for others. We want clients to be assured that no part of their care fees contributed to this event.
Kingsway Care Leadership Team
Our founder, Olly Carter welcomed more than 90 guests including partners, family and friends to celebrate our CareGivers at the Mercure Hotel Brighton Seafront.

Vicky Haines, our Managing Director and Lisa James, our Registered Manager also gave heartfelt speeches.
Vicky recognised the strength, diversity and professionalism of the entire team. She highlighted how Kingsway Care continues to grow while maintaining exceptional standards, driven by the founding belief that no one should become invisible simply because they need care.
Her message was clear. Care matters. People matter. And the team at Kingsway Care continue to raise the bar for what great community care looks like.
Our awards recognise CareGivers who have gone above and beyond over the past year. Winners were nominated by colleagues, clients and our leadership team, based on real moments that made a difference. So, without further ado, lets celebrate our award winners.

Heart of Kingsway Care Recognition
At the end of the evening, we also formally recognised team members who may not have received an award or commendation, but who truly represent the heart of Kingsway Care through their daily actions, attitude and commitment.
